Description: Easy Personal Site Editor (EPSEditor) is a php-based online Content Management System (CMS) dedicated to personal website development. This software doesn't need any MySQL database for backside content storage. All the personal website information is stored in plain .txt files. This script has been successfully installed and tested on most Linux/Unix based server systems, which are supported by most university/institution personal webspace.
