Description: I had the distinct pleasure of attending this author's presentation at SIGGRAPH in San Antonio. Not only was he one the most entertaining speakers, his presentation on digital animation was stunning. I went right down the bookstore at the convention and bought his book. It was a great read for the trip home. I found it visually inspiring and really well thought out. Although, I dont know flash (but I want to now!) I thought the book's breakdown of animation principles was great. I found myself looking around the airport terminal observing the manner in which people moved to test these principles. This book was right on the money. Thanks to The Flash Animator for a great show in San Antonio!
